Pull the toop link cover off the back the one with the 6 bolts and get a lite in there and on the right hand side there is and arm that comes up from the bottom on the tourshion bar and there is and arm comming down from the top the top arm is suppose to go on the back side of the bottom one , Now use caution as is has a heay spring holding it foward , now if you pull the draft control lever all the way back and hold it in the rear posision it will take some of the tenshion off the arm and you can pull it back but use a hook as things can be sharp and you could loose a finger
