Dave I thought you may have seen it up there, did you ever see so many wheels to get turned? I bet that pusher got a work out on that Albin hill, man that hill works any truck pretty good. I asked the same question, but got no answer except they are more equiped to build it in Casper, it will hold chemical catalysts to make cleaner diesel fuel. Was told the walls are 3" thick. Bob
