IH 444 rebuild

I have an IH 444 diesel. It has a spun bearing. I plan on removing the engine. I'm wondering if anyone knows of someone who could rebuild this engine. I live near Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have one guy, but in case he's too busy, I'd like to have an alternative. I'm asking here vs going to the phone book in hopes one of this community can recommend someone.
