well i talked about this a while back on the bashen bord and ...well i got bashed ha lol so i will try it over hear...we do not have a oil shortage at all...what i beleave we have is a gas and disel shortage BECAUSE the EPA and the powers that be have hamstrung the oil companys from building new or more refinerys......now i am shure thear are some that wont beleave this but up hear in western no. dak. they were pumping at full rait and now they are shutting some wells in because the pipe lines are full and they are having a hard time selling thear oil so when they say gas will hit $3:50 or $4:00 i realy dout it but who knows...now if you remember the so called oil shortage of the 70s we had a very simmerler deal.
