Your parts manual will tell you about the diesel return line. 1-800-522-7448 if you don't have it and the operator's or service manual.
At the slightest load the the max factory set rack point likely isn't reached. No matter if the max rack travel has been slide all the way to allow max rack.
Is the tractor wet stacking?
