Why do you want to remove it... if it is giving problems, just replace it with a new unit mounted remotely on it's own heat sink. If you are determined to remove it, a fellow posted over on the Diesel Page that he made his own tool pressing a cutoff torx bit into a scrap of metal, and retaining it with a sreel clip. You could make a neater one by brazing the bit into a strip of steel. I'll bet that would be a TIRING project, though, turning those screws about 1/6 of a turn at a time!
