bo, we always a call it a fresnel, depends on where you are from, I've also heard it called a slip.

It was horse drawn, I moved a lot of dirt with one of them back brakers and single horse. Should be a long steel rod that is used to control how much dirt you load and used to roll it over when you get where you want the dirt moved to.

I still have one laying around here some place that belonged to my uncle. Hauled it to my place when he sold his farm.
