Here in SE AZ we have what are called Pocket gophers. Just One Bite works great on them too. One inch piece dropped down the hole, sometimes a couple of times and they are gone. There is a 22 LR made by Aguila called Colibri and Super Colibri that is more powerful that does not contain gunpowder. The bullet is propeled by the primer only. It powerful enough to kill rabbits at about 50 ft. Had to get rid of a bunch of them cuz it is so dry that they were eating everything ,flowers, grass the bark off of my small trees, native yucca plants, everything.Sounds like an air rifle. A brick of 500 is $15.00 from AIM. Work great cuz range is very limited.
