Massey 202 values

I'm seeking help in finding a fair value for a Massey 202 with a Massey 220 backhoe.I just recently picked the tractor up and have begun the rebuild,seals,o rings,brakes etc.I am presently getting it ready to paint.I thought it would be a real asset to my old farm but each day it seems just a little too small.All helps with a value os a link to this information is much appreciated.I guess a low to high range would be great.
