Know what tractor your working on would help so we can answer you better. If the crab has a drain plug at the bottom remove it and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas. If you do the your carb needs to be rebuilt. If you don't then you need to check the fuel line, sediment bowl. If all is good there then its back to a carb rebuild because the float is sticking
