Those types of things often end up being done with wooden dowels, electrical tape, sockets, extension bars, power handles, or any other thing that will fit into the pilot bearing and be accurately shimmed out to the clutch hub diameter. Failing that, there's been more than one that was eyeballed.... not that I'm recomending that route. An old transmission input shaft is the slickest thing there is, if you have one, or if you pull it for some reason. There are special tools available, perhaps through NAPA, and certainly through IH, but most people make do with whatever is close at hand...
