I think (KEH)has a good answer for your problem on find-in oats to sow.
We have a farmer in our area that grows it every year. Has a ad in the local paper.
He cleans and bagged the oats for $4.50 per bushel.
Not to many raise the oats in this area. I use too but it was getting hard to find a elevator that would take it.
Last time I sowed oats I had a near buy farmer that was buying it right off the field as I was harvesting it.
Gave me more for it than what the elevator give.
I didn"t have to haul it. Hope you find some Allen. Good luck.
