Around here I am really lucky to have four parts stores available to me that have personel who are either former professional mechanics or were raised on farm machinery or like to mess with mechanical stuff as a hobby. These choices do not include O'Reilleys. O'Reilleys has a good supply of parts and usually I can get the part there if no one else has it but I don't have much confidence in the guy behind the counter when he asks me if my car is a gas or a diesel when I'm asking for spark plugs. Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
