Wheelhorse ... what year is it ?

Just purchased a used wheelhorse riding lawnmower. It is a model 211-4 manufactured in South Bend, Indiana with a briggs & stratton 11 hp motor. Left fender has ID 3211B403 46298 8335 and mower deck has ID 3537???? 11875 9221. If it makes any difference in numbers this is a Canadian post.
Looking for any information that you can provide ... ie year, reliability, potential problems etc.
