Shipping Charges

When buying anything that has to be shipped, best to check out the cost before you confirm the order. We just got an order from Montreal Canada to our house, in Ontario the cost have gone up 2.5 x since last year. Last Year $ 57.99 or 0.52 a lb. weight 111 lbs.
This year $114.65 or 1.31 a lb. Weight 87 lbs.
The dimensions were aprox. the same. Upon checking this out, it’s basically well that’s the price. They charge for - Weight + size LxWxH + from poastal code to poastal code + fuel Surcharge + Gentle Handling $11.00 + $6.00 residential + TAX. What will it be next year?
