If this tractor has been sitting for 13 years you need to check the air intake. Birds can make nests in the precleaner. If this is clean get a 3lm turbo to replace the old to4. this will give you much more air and will reduce the smoke. Set the fuel to get 210 horsepower and this engine will last a long time. There are 4 clutches in the powershift. First is C1 and C2 second is C1 and C3 third is C2 and C3 reverse is C2 and C4. C3 is the common clutch to second and third so your problem is in the C3 clutch circuit. You need a book or someone who knows these tractors. Stan
