There is a furnace brazing process that can be used to repair the Continenetal block so you can probably find one through a local machine shop. This was a common occurance for overheated Continental blocks and the old fixit proceedure used tension rods through the water jacket to hold it together.
The new method is a much better way of fixing this problem and you can probably have your block repaired by furnace brazing or get a repaired block in exchange. It depends how fast you want to get your tractor back n operation. I think the cost is around $400-500 for a repaired block exchange and that includes align boring and remachining the block to the proper dimensions.(The casting gets stress relieved in the process so it has to be re machined.) I have a remanufactured block like this and the engine runs like a top.
