1 live 15 miles north of them... done lots of business over the years with them... I dont believe we've ever had a problem like that but we've always drove down and picked them up.. I do konw sometimes the business end of things is a bit-- well lets say they have a lot of stuff going on and sometimes things get slid to the side... NOT ON PURPOSE!...
