Likely not much before tomorrow. I had the same issue with my Oliver 540. Couldn't adjust them at all. Pulled both sides. Tapped on them with a hammer to get off as much as I could. Droped them in some diesel for about a week. In the end I got one end, of one side, to free up. :^( So I set it back to match the others and changed sprokets to get it as close as I could to the rate I wanted. Good Luck.
