whats a kubota m5950 worth

ok a friend of mine has a kubota m5950 with a bad alternator he it thinking of trading it in and i told him i was intrested in it what can i expect the value of this its a 3 cyl diesel with a loader and 1431.4 hours on it and he bought it new 10 years ago the paint is faded but it runs mint and work perfict the buckets still got the paint on it
