Thanks for the reply Joe, I'll give that a try then. If I get the 70xxxxxx numbers, at least I'll be a step closer. Here's a good example of my current problem: L/F Spindle assy, original part no = 243935 (obsolete) Newer part no (as cross referenced by a dealer)= 70252165 (also obsolete) Current part no (as crossed over to Minparr)= 1022019. Minparr & A&P use this same no & the spindle is readily available, however the older 2 numbers are dead ends. This info on the spindle was difficult to obtain and partly found by accident while doing a google search for other parts. This makes me wonder how many other "unavailable" parts might actually be available under different part numbers. I was hoping to find some way to quickly look up parts and find out the latest part no. I know if I were a dealer, I'd want the lastest info to be readily available. The way I've seen so far Seems to be a hell of a way to sell (or not to sell) parts. Tim

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
