Allan, I was just reading your post and wondering if you aren't missing the boat. Put up some cottages and sell the ranch experience including: tractor seat time, horse husbandry, bonfires, barbeques, square dancing, guitar pickin, rifle range, and post hole digging so all of of us readers could come out and buy the experience on your property. Make the accomodations fine enough to bring the women along so they can ride the horses and don't forget the swimmming pool. You could get all the plowing done by eager farmer wannabes who want to "Experience the Farm in the wide open spaces of Nebraska". In no time at all you would be havin to put up a traffic light to control the mob. Can I send in my deposit today? By the way that dirt looks like it is awful hard seeing as how the tires don't even begin to sink in. In Michigan a truck like that would be stuck. Big smile, Vern
