I have a 1066 with simular problems. I dont know if they are anywhere the same system but a dealer tells me its the pump. I have to park mine lightly down hill, especially if fluid level is a little low. If it don't steer, take a line off the cylinder, use a can or something to catch the fluid, with tractor running turn the steering wheel round and around fast in one direction till pump is primed it will blow quite a lot of fluid out in a hurry so be prepared to shut it off and reconnect the line to the cylinder. I sure need to get mine fixed.
