Get this, I'm trying to get my fuel guage to work so I (upon the advise from this forum) started tracing the wires from the back of the guage to their destinations to look for bad connections or broken wires etc... What I found is a wire from one of the two posts going directly to the sending unit on top of the fuel tank. That makes sense, the other post (from the back of the guage)doesn't, it had two wires connected to it, one connected to a wire that terminated at the rear yellow light on the left side and the other wire went straght to the ether button! I'm thinking that this just can't be correct. Can anybody look at their 1105 or know of a wiring diagram for the fuel guage and tell me what is the proper wiring for the posts off of the back of the fuel guage on a massey 1105. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
