Those people are no longer interested in assisting
farming. They are now keepers of the tadpoles. If you
drain wet lands they can deny you the "right " to
participate in federal programs. I've been working to
get drainage problems fixed before they simply come
through and tell us to leave areas they say are wet
lands alone or make it illegal to tile without a permit
from them.
