If you do not raise the lift arms to where they are higher than the centerline if the rear axles this roller over will not occur on a straight forward pull. The accident reveiwed in the post was while transporting an implement with the lift arms most probably fully raised trying to achieve maximum road clearance. In the working position such as pulling a plow I have never heard of an incident as such. With your implement in the cutting position you should not experience any problem. When time permits stop by your Bush hog dealer and look at his semi mount units and ask them about rear rollover. Do use safe practices and enjoy your equipment.
