Oh boy, I'm glad this came up : ) I fish for mostly largemouth bass in small lakes and ponds around here. Also do a bit of crappie fishing while going for bass. I fish for smallmouth bass in creeks, but usually only in the springtime before the lakes warm up. Favorite lure...hmmm...all of them. I'll toss just about everything from soft plastic worms to shallow crankbaits, big spinnerbaits, little spinerbaits, buzzbaits...the list goes on. I'd have to say my favorite lures are as follows: Terminator Tiny T Buzzbait in black, Strike King Rocket Shad Spinnerbait, and Mann's Baby Minus 1 in brown crawfish color. I'm sure I'll think of more right after I post this. You're right about the rain...holy cow I'm sick of it!
