What I have learned so: After having a bull dozer come thru and clear all put a few shade trees what was left was a field full of everything from twigs to tree limbs. If you disc it the little stuff will get broken up and turned under. Then I raked the field out. That smoothed it over, but it was still loose. What was left was a fraction of the original amount of sticks that needed to be picked up. That is what I've done so far.
