Help Choosing a tractor

I need help choosing a working tractor. This would not be a restoration project. I want a reliable, sure-footed 4-wheel drive machine to be used on hilly farm roads in Northern Vermont for snow plowing and general property maintance. The property is a dormant sugar maple orchard. i.e tight, windy, network of farm roads on hilly, maintained, wooded terrain. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
