FYI on weed eater brand tools

I have a model RTE115 eletirc string trimer that just up an stopped working today. Well I call there 800 number and talked to then. This trimmer has less then 15 hours time in use. They said write a note and send the info in and the serail number tag and guess what. They said they will send me a new weed eater for free. Fifured I'd let you guys know that heres another company that is now standing behind there products.
