In many cities in my state, they will give a car owner a ticket for leaving the keys in his/her own car, but they won't actively go after someone who steals that car.... The laws make no sense when the criminals are free to do what they want, but the honest folks are told they are breaking the laws. Read in another forum where can't buy spray paint unless you are over 30 in another state. So a fellow can't buy a little paint to make his place look nicer (probably will get a ticket for blight!) but the kids who write graffitti everywhere aren't even slapped on the wrist any more, they are just kids being kids.... They have no problem getting paint.... Filling propane tanks takes a little common sense. Duh. Can't see why we have to make crimials out of honest folks, and let all the dummies/ crooks roam around free. Enough soap box from me. --->Paul
