Check out "www.dixon-ztr.com". They have commercial quality 20+hp mowers. The reason I'm recommending it is that I bought my Dixon model 428 10 years ago and I just had to fix my first major items. The front wheel swivels wore out and a drive shaft bent. I have mowed a one & one-half to two acre yard with over 20 evergreens, a fruit orchard with a dozen trees, several deciduous, as well as other ornamentals. It took me from 4 to 6 hours with a 18 hp Dynamark Ground Engaging tractor while it took me about 3 hours with the Dixon and it was only 12 hp with a rear bagger. The nephews and nieces used to always come over and ask to ride as a go-cart. It still uses no oil and cuts great. I recently moved, and my new neighbors have been very impressed with it's handling of a vacant lot that I cleared next door. Only my head showed above the grass and weeds. Thanks for your time
