Farmall H Conversion

I have recently install a 3pt. conversion on my Farmall H but I am having hydrolic problems. The external lift appeared to work properly until placed under a load for several lifts, then it seemed to lift less (distance) each time the implement was lifted. Even with no load, the cylinder will not extend or retract completely. I have tried to blead the air from the lines but I am not certain it is all out. The cylindar is two way with the down pressure side blocked. Any help would be great......
