Saw this site on another board--educational info. Summaries and accident reports from occupational accidents--tractor roll-overs, welding accidents, tow truck accidents, etc. Full narratives with pictures. It gives me pause to stop and think about some of the dumb stuff I've done with machinery. And, as someone once said, their are no new accidents, just new people. There's a lot of accidents there repeated several times, with just the names and circumstances changed. -- Tractor roll-over without ROPS -- Welder killed when welding old fuel barrel -- Man pinned under skid-steer -- Man crushed under truck -- etc. Sobering stuff.
