But above all else, keep in contact with the customer--at least every few days. This will usually save you from the negative feedback, as long as you still look interested. Only issue I've ever had with UPS, btw, was that once a sender took it to the pickup location, and the people there neglected to put the right ZIP code and city on the label (they didn't match.) I was tracking it, and I watched it bounce back and forth from New York to New Jersey about 3 times before it was caught and sent westward. Only problem I've ever had with UPS.
