Only issue I've ever had with UPS, btw, was that once a sender took it to the pickup location, and the people there neglected to put the right ZIP code and city on the label (they didn't match.) I was tracking it, and I watched it bounce back and forth from New York to New Jersey about 3 times before it was caught and sent westward. Only problem I've ever had with UPS.
