Cowman can you explain that pricing to a novice? What is RFV? Is that nutritional content? And is the price per ton? I baled my WHOLE ACRE and got 50 bales, that's mostly fescue with some orchard grass and red clover mixed in. My next door neighbor gave me $2 a bale for it so I was happy, figured I made about $20 an hour. All the tight turns in that little plot eats up the time but I still have fun. It's nice when you do it just 'cause you want to.
