Wash the radiator with a garden hose making sure to clean all of the junk out of the fins. Then get some Liquid Plumber type drain cleaner from the Dollar store. Drain the radiator and block and refill with a couple of bottles of drain cleaner and water. Run it for a while then drain and flush with water before refilling with water/antifreeze mix. Don"t remember wher I heard this tip but it is a poor mans version of the sodium hydroxide ( lye ) that radiator shops use. Did this on my 2N and it took care of the overheating problems.
