All you need is a slab of 3/8" steel (preferably US made...) a cutting torch, and your trusty angle grinder. I made mine short, almost like a crows-foot wrench but with a "protrusion" hanging off it, just the right size to slip a cheater pipe over. Also if you angle it, say 60 degrees, it will fit under the tracks better. Should be able to easily whip one out in under an hour and save that cash for buying some beer to cry in when you lose a track down in the swamp...
