Two things come to mind, but kind of hard to tell without looking. First of all, check on the firewall out under the hood, there should be a black plastic box about in the center, maybe a little to the drivers side that shoud have two vacuum lines hooked up to it,(this is your vacuum bulb, it holds the extra vacuum for switching of vents) it is real easy for one of those lines to come unplugged, look close and make sure they are both hooked up. The other thing would be the programmer under the pass side dash, usually very expensive and hard to diagnose sometimes, but you can still check the linkages,(usually this only causes problems with the temp doors). Other than that, it may be time to visit your local GM dealer, they may cost a bit more, but they have the correct manuals and tools to diagnose the problem and usually you can have the problem repaired a little more quickly. Hope this helps. Travis
