I'd have the machine shop measure it first, it should be just a standard size and not metric, so I'm guessing either 5/8" or 3/4". If it measures more than .003 over, I'd either pein the inside with a center punch if it's not too big, or bore it out and sleeve it. I've done both at my last job, now I work at another shop that doesn't do any repair work for farmers. As for the key, put it at 180 from the original and it'll be fine. I've even seen JB weld used in severe conditions and was holding up last I saw. Donovan from Wisconsin
