Dual Loader on Ford 5000

Does anyone know how to get information on these loaders? I just bought it and I think it is low on fluid and don"t know what is the right thing to do. Fill it to what level and with what type of fluid? Any help for this city boy turned farmer would be nice. Thanks.

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
