My self I believe you get better traction with the fluid , becuase the wieght is placed on the tread of the tire and air preassure never come it to play. Where as wheel weights put weight on but the tire has air in it so there a cusion of air between the weight and where the rubber meets the road. With fluid the weight is placed right on that part of the tire that is hitting the road/ground
