Ditto on the other info.. You can use contrasting primer to see high or low spots. As for the top coat color.. I try to choose something that will take the paint color well. For instance.. grey primer seems to take blue and white and green fine. I've used buff or grey for yellow, and red oxide is great for dark colors.. reds.. etc. Soundguy
