We keep bee's and read some time ago that eating honey straight from the comb helped relieve the symptoms.

A friend of ours who used to suffer badly with hay fever tried this and has now not had an attack for nearly 15 years. We have supplied a number of people with this honey and most get some relief.

Honey from the comb contains some pollen that the bee brings to the hive. Never seen a bee sneezing either.
