The only good way to test is with a temporary fuel supply - first hook it up directly to injector pump supply - if tractor runs good then u can rule out all pump problems - if not then i guess u know next hook it so it flows into the first fuel filter - it it still works then u can rule out filter problems - if it doesn't work could be a bad filter - something in those lines, etc... if it is still working then it has to be backward of the fuel filters - I have heard of little pieces of plastic from the molding process coming off in the fuel tank and plugging things - but only on a new tractor or new tank i would think
