Morning all; MITCH - Sorry I'm not Scooby in DB forum. Im a Blue & Orange man (though can admit to owning 2 green & yellow tractors). So next few posts will be Fordson Majors - the English Classic tractor equivalent of JD 4020. ILLINOIS BOY - |Wiltshire is on the south coast of England, gentle rolling countryside growing mainly grain crops. Very pretty & unspoiled. If you want to know more about that part of England read any book by A G Street who farmed there from 1920's to 1960's; very descriptive and informative of farming growing grain and rearing sheep. ALL - I currently live in Shropshire county, in the middle of England that borders Wales. But in August am relocating to Pembrokeshire county, the most southwest tip of Wales. So its a move from intensive arable farming to intensive grassland farming area. Cows & sheep, and nice rolling grassland with small woods on the valley sides. Will carry on posting photos of farming here for your pleasure, as I enjoy seeing pictures from the US States and learning about life in America. Cheers David
