I'm going with Steven on this one. GRASSHOPPER! I've ran Grasshoppers for a couple of years now. I ran my own lawn service and also did grounds mainatinence for 5 large corporate properties. Ran several brands of machines. Ended up liking Grasshopper the best. Wonderful machines. The only other one I would consider is Exmark.
