You can find a fair size tank and just need one end in it with a sand and gravel floor and put some type of door or hatch on other end and some steps or ladder in it. Someone was making them ready made and welded up just to bury and set in. Also seen some made of fiberglass to be buried. The safe room is kind of expensive overkill for just a trailer house but if others in area go in on it with you? They put those safe rooms in houses.
