You need something we call a fin comb. They are available at air conditioning suppliers, wherever you could buy bulk refrigerant or other A/C parts. They come in several "pitches", so you will need to know how many fins per inch, to get one that fits your radiator. By the way. This is a common A/C problem, and good results take time. Be real careful with the tool, as it can poke a hole in a tube if you get a little too agressive with it. Start where the fins are on top of the others, not where they are underneath. Lift a row at a time, careful not to stretch the fin, or it will get "wavy", and want to flop back down. Good luck. Terry
