massey harris 101

I have a 1940 Massey-Harris 101, serial #258239.
I know it should have a 201 Chrysler flathead in it but, I think it may have been replaced. The engine serial # stamped in the block is unreadable. I would like to know for sure which size engine I have in this tractor. Is it possible to figure this out by using the casting numbers in the block or head. Thanks, J501
